Energy Smart Eastside Heat Pump Rebates
For Rental Properties
Energy Smart Eastside offers a $1,000 instant rebate for rental properties that purchase a Mitsubishi, Bryant, or Carrier heat pump through a contractor in our trusted installer network. The rebate is available to rental property owners with properties within the city limits of Bellevue, Issaquah, Kirkland, Mercer Island, Redmond, and Sammamish.
Energy Smart Eastside also offers a $5,000 bonus rebate on top of the $1,000 rebate. This bonus rebate applies to moderate-income households earning below 150% of the Area’s Median Income. Combining these incentives means you could save up to $6,000 on a heat pump!
These rebates can also be stacked with various rebates from Puget Sound Energy.
You can find full income and product eligibility requirements in the Program Guidelines.
