Energy Smart Eastside Boost Program
Free heat pumps for income qualified residents.
The Energy Smart Boost Program funds 100% of heat pump purchase and installation costs for income-qualified homeowners. Eligibility is limited to residents of Bellevue, Issaquah, Kirkland, Mercer Island, Redmond and Sammamish with household income below 80% of area median income. See Program Guidelines for more information.
Applications are currently open for all 6 participating cities: Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Mercer Island, and Sammamish. Applications will remain open until March 8th.
