Free heat pumps for income-qualified residents.
The Energy Smart Boost Program funds 100% of heat pump purchase and installation costs for income-qualified homeowners. Eligibility is limited to residents of Bellevue, Issaquah, Kirkland, Mercer Island, Redmond and Sammamish with household income below 80% of area median income.
