Energy Smart Eastside Boost Program
Free heat pumps for income-qualified residents.
The Energy Smart Boost Program funds 100% of heat pump purchase and installation costs for income-qualified homeowners. Some households may also be eligible to receive targeted weatherization improvements, such as insulation and air sealing. Eligibility is limited to residents of Bellevue, Issaquah, Kirkland, Mercer Island, Redmond and Sammamish with household income below 80% of area median income.
